Control Effect on Cucumber Powdery Mildew and Ecological Effects of Antarctic Microorganism Mixed Bioproduct

Control effect of Antarctic Bacillus sp.107 and Psychrobacter sp.B-3 mixed bio-product against cucumber powdery mildew was determined.Oral toxicity of mixed biopesticide on the Italian bee (Apis mellifera L.was assayed.The toxicity of mixed biopesticide on guppy (Girardinus guppyi) was also tested.The results showed that control effect of mixed bioproduct against cucumber powdery mildew reached 70.19\%.Oral toxicity on bees was 48\mathrm~hL C_50=724\mathrmmg a.i./L,which indicated the low toxicity.No abnormalities were observed on guppy during the period of 14 d.It suggested the mixed pesticide was environment-friendly.Our data provided a basic information and security protection about the mixed bioproduct for further research and application.
