山东省沿海高程/深度基准转换模型及其精度评估

Accuracy Evaluation of the Coastal Vertical Datum Transformation Model in Shandong Province

  • 摘要: 为实现陆海协同、时空一体的地理空间数据体系建设,需将陆海基础地理信息在统一基准中表达。通过构建陆海高程/深度基准转换模型,实现了山东沿海高程基准与深度基准之间的相互转换。本研究联合利用验潮站数据、卫星测高数据等多源数据,借助潮汐数值模拟、调和分析及模型优化等方法,通过区域潮汐模型、平均海面高模型和海面地形模型等模型构建,完成了山东沿海空间分辨率1.2′×1.2′的深度基准面1985国家高程基准模型构建,并利用验潮站实测结果分析了该转换模型精度,结果表明,中误差<15 cm,这为中国海域甚至全球海域垂直基准统一和转换提供了切实可行的技术方法和理论基础。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the construction of geospatial data system integrating land and sea, it is necessary to express geographic information in unified datum. Shandong Province carried out the construction of vertical datum conversion model between land and ocean vertical data. This study made use of tide station data, satellite altimetry data and other multi-source data, combining with tidal numerical simulation, harmonic analysis and model optimization and other technical means, to establish tidal models, mean sea surface height models and sea surface topography models, etc. This study constructed 85-height depth datum model with spatial resolution of 1.2'×1.2' and the error of within 15 cm, and consequently realized the conversion between height data and depth data in Shandong coastal area, which provides a method and theoretical basis for the unification and transformation of vertical data in China's sea area and even in the global ocean.
