Abstract: Salmon is an important marine and freshwater aquaculture species in the world, possessing high commercial value. Combined with morphological, molecular phylogenetic and ecological characteristics analysis, an introduced salmon species was primarily identified as Oncorhynchus mykiss. The introduction of this species has laid a basis for large scale cage culture of new aquaculture species which has strong ecological adaptability and high quality in marine aquaculture in the future.
