南极微生物混合制剂对黄瓜白粉病的防效及环境生态影响

Control Effect on Cucumber Powdery Mildew and Ecological Effects of Antarctic Microorganism Mixed Bioproduct

  • 摘要: 测定南极芽孢杆菌Bacillus sp.107和嗜冷杆菌Psychrobacter sp.B-3混合生物制剂对室内黄瓜白粉病的防治效果;检测生物制剂对意大利蜜蜂的经口毒性;检测生物制剂对孔雀鱼的毒性。结果表明,混合生物制剂对室内黄瓜白粉病的防治效果达到70.19\%;蜜蜂毒性经口实验结果为48\mathrm~hL C_50=724\mathrmmg\mathrma.\mathrmi./\mathrmL,为低毒,孔雀鱼在14 d观察期间,未见异常表现,说明混合生物制剂对环境友好。本研究为混合生物制剂的进一步开发和应用提供基础资料及安全性保障。

     

    Abstract: Control effect of Antarctic Bacillus sp.107 and Psychrobacter sp.B-3 mixed bio-product against cucumber powdery mildew was determined.Oral toxicity of mixed biopesticide on the Italian bee (Apis mellifera L.was assayed.The toxicity of mixed biopesticide on guppy (Girardinus guppyi) was also tested.The results showed that control effect of mixed bioproduct against cucumber powdery mildew reached 70.19\%.Oral toxicity on bees was 48\mathrm~hL C_50=724\mathrmmg a.i./L,which indicated the low toxicity.No abnormalities were observed on guppy during the period of 14 d.It suggested the mixed pesticide was environment-friendly.Our data provided a basic information and security protection about the mixed bioproduct for further research and application.
