海洋能源微藻的分离纯化和特性研究

The Purification and Property Study on Marine Energy Source Microalgae

  • 摘要: 于2011-03从黄海水域和广西北海近岸水域采集的水样中分离纯化不同种类的海洋微藻,对不同微藻进行扩培并测定这些微藻的生长曲线,纤维素和淀粉的含量,最终测得藻样C生长速度最快,淀粉含量最高(36.03\%),纤维素含量较高,可以作为制备生物乙醇工业化应用前景的适合出发藻种,为微藻生物乙醇的制备提供了理论基础和技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Microalgae were isolated and purified from the water samples of the Yellow Sea and North coastal water area of Guangxi province in March,2011.The isolated microalgae were cultured and expanded to plot the growth curve,and the content of cellulose,starch and polysaccharide were examined.The result showed that the sample C had the highest growth rate,highest starch accumulation (36.03\%),and relative higher cellulose content,which is likely to be a candidate for industrial application of bio-ethanol in the future.The current study provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the production of bio-ethanol from microalgae.
