RNA干扰技术在对虾抗病毒感染中的应用研究进展

Progress of RNA Interference in Application of Antiviral Infection in Shrimp

  • 摘要: RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是与靶基因同源的双链RNA诱导的特异转录后基因沉默现象,作为近年兴起的一项新兴技术,被认为有抑制病毒复制的功能。分析目前运用RNA于扰技术在对虾抗病毒感染的研究进展,发现序列特异性的dsRNA在对虾体内能诱导产生强烈的抗病毒反应,表明与RNAi相似的机制存在于对虾的抗病毒反应中。这为免疫进化和控制对虾病毒病提供了科学依据。

     

    Abstract: RNA interference (RNAi) is a kind of post-transcriptional gene silencing phenomenon of the specific nucleotide sequence in eukaryotic organisms, and is considered to have the inhibition capacity of virus replication. Recent studies showed that sequence-specific double-stranded RNA may induce strong antiviral response in shrimp, which indicate a kind of mechanism like RNAi may exist in shrimp. The application development of RNAi technique to inhibit shrimp virus replication is summarized, the possibility of antiviral therapy based on the RNAi is prospected.
