4种免疫促进剂对2种虾夷马粪海胆群体免疫影响

Immune Effect of Four Immune Opotentiators on Two Sea Urchin (Strongylocentrotus intermedius) With Different Tube Foot Colours

  • 摘要: 研究2种免疫促进剂(灵芝多糖、脂多糖)对虾夷马粪海胆红、自色管足群体免疫细胞的影响,以及4种免疫促进剂(灵芝多糖、脂多糖、葡聚糖、双链RNA)对这2个群体抗氧化酶活力的影响,研究结果表明:1)脂多糖刺激后,2个群体管足内色素细胞都呈现先下降后上升的趋势,变化不显著(P>0.05),红色管足内色素细胞数量明显高于白色管足的;刺激后2个群体体腔液内吞噬细胞数量均上升,红色群体数量高于白色群体的,刺激后红色群体变化差异不显著(P>0.05),白色群体差异显著(P<0.05);刺激后体腔液内色素细胞均呈上升趋势,刺激后自色群体变化极显著(P<0.01)。灵芝多糖刺激后,白色群体管足内色素细胞没有明显变化,红色群体色素细胞数量呈稍下降趋势;刺激后白色群体体腔液内吞噬细胞数量呈下降趋势,而红色群体的呈现先上升后下降的趋势,且白色群体数量高于红色群体的;刺激后体腔液内色素细胞均出现先上升后下降的趋势。2)4种免疫促进剂对虾夷马粪海胆2个不同群体体腔液内抗氧化酶(T-AOC,CAT,SOD)活力有影响。处理后3种酶活力均出现不同程度上升,且红色群体上升的更为明显;灵芝多糖、脂多糖可增加虾夷马粪海胆体腔液内免疫细胞数量,但对管足内细胞没有明显作用;4种免疫促进剂均可提高T-AOC,CAT,SOD的活力。

     

    Abstract: The influence of four immune opotentiators on immune cells and antioxidant enzymes activity of red and white tube-feet sea urchin groups, Strongylocentrotus intermedius, were studied in this paper. The results showed: 1) The pigment cells number in the tube-feet of two sea urchin groups showed a variation trend from descending to increasing after dealing with lipopolysaccharide, but the change was not significant (P>0.05). The pigment cells number of red tube-feet individuals was significantly higher than that of white tube-feet individuals. The phagocytic cells in coelomic liquid of two groups both increased after treating with lipopolysaccharide, but the red tube-feet groups were not changed significantly (P>0.05). The phagocytic cells number of red tube-feet individuals was significantly higher than the white tube-feet individuals. The pigment cells in coelomic liquid were both increased after treatment with lipopolysaccharide. After dealing with the Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, the pigment cells were decreased slightly in the red individuals. The phagocytic cells in coelomic liquid were decreased in the white individuals, but it showed a rising trend before decreased in the red individuals. The number of phagocytic cells in the white individuals was higher than red individuals. The pigment cells in coelomic liquid were both decreased after rising in two groups. 2) We also studied the difference on antioxidant enzymes in coelomic liquid between the two groups after treatment with four immune opotentiators (ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, glucan, lipopolysaccharide, and double-stranded RNA). The result showed that the enzyme activities were all increased after dealing with four immunopotentiators and the red tube-feet group increased more evidently. This result suggested that both Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and lipopolysaccharide could increase immune cells number, but no obvious effect on tube cells. The four immunopotentiators could all increase T-AOC, CAT and SOD activities.
