印尼巴厘海域产卡拉胶海藻的生物多样性分析

Biodiversity Analysis of Carrageenan Producing Seaweeds From the Balinese Coastal Area of Indonesia

  • 摘要: 从印度尼西亚的蓝梦岛(Lembongan)和帕尼达岛(Nusa Penida)共采集40株产卡拉胶海藻,分别提取各株的基因组DNA、克隆并测序其线粒体Cox2-3间隔序列。依据获取的Cox2-3序列和其它已知种类的Cox2-3序列构建系统树,对上述海藻样品的种类进行了匹配鉴定。结果表明,本次共采集到2种产胶藻,齿状麒麟菜(Eucheuma denticulatum)和异枝卡帕藻(Kappaphycus striatum)。本研究为丰富对印尼海域产卡拉胶海藻遗传多样性的认识提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Forty strains of carrageenan producing algae were collected form Lembongan and Nusa Penida islands of Indonesia. Genomic DNA from the samples was extracted, and mitochondrial Cox2-3 genes were cloned and sequenced. The classifications of the samples were determined by constructing a phylogentic tree. The result indicated that all the samples were divided into two different species: Eucheuma denticulatum and Kappaphycus striatum. This study adds to our knowledge of biodiversity of the carrageenan producing seaweeds from Indonesia.
