Abstract:
Bacterial strain F3-6 was isolated from import aquatic products. The strain F3-6 was preliminarily identified as
Vibrio parahaemolyticus by VITEK 2 compact automated microbe identification analyzer. The target fragments of the strain were obtained by PCR amplification using specific primers designed according to the virulence genes (t\mathrmll and toxR) and conserved genes (groEL,16S reliable and DNA,GyrB and vpm) of
Vibrio parahaemolyticus. This study shows our PCR method is reliable and suitable for rapid detection of
Vibrio parahaemolyticus, which could especially eliminate false-positive and false-negative results.
