基因扩增技术对水产品中副溶血弧菌的分离鉴定

Identification of the Isolated Vibrio parahaemolyticus From Import Aquatic Products

  • 摘要: 从进口蟹中分离到的菌株F3-6,使用VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定仪分析,初步鉴定为副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)。根据副溶血弧菌的毒力基因(tlh和toxR)和保守基因(groEL,16S rDNA,GyrB和vpm )设计引物,进行PCR扩增,得到了目的片段。本研究建立的PCR反应体系能快速检测副溶血弧菌,并有效防止假阳性和假阴性,提高了该检测方法的可信度。

     

    Abstract: Bacterial strain F3-6 was isolated from import aquatic products.The strain F3-6 was preliminarily identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus by VITEK 2 compact automated microbe identification analyzer.The target fragments of the strain were obtained by PCR amplification using specific primers designed according to the virulence genes (t\mathrmll and toxR) and conserved genes (groEL,16S reliable and DNA,GyrB and vpm) of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.This study shows our PCR method is reliable and suitable for rapid detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,which could especially eliminate false-positive and false-negative results.
